glow-worm heat exchanger

Hi Im new to this site and having read of some problems with the G/W compact 100e boilers,can anyone tell what to use to flush out the heat exchanger on my boiler, as the problem I am Having is the c/h works fine but to get hot water to come on I have to open at least 2 hot taps ?.
