Glow worm uktrapower 170sxi - hot water tank venting

Hi, my boiler has recently started venting water via the DHW safety relief valve pipe that exists the hot water tank. This occurs whenever the boiler is firing to heat the hot water and set point is above 50 degrees on water temp

Can anyone advise checks to try and identify the cause of the issue?
