Glow Worm ultimate 30c temperature setting

I am struggling to lower the temperature on my boiler

Trying to follow the guidance on the government adverts and reduce the temperature to 65/70

It's currently sitting on 80

If I press the plus or minus signs I get the word 'no' come up

Any help appreciated

I have the same problem spinner560. There is nothing useful on page 11.
We need to know how to over-ride the protected setting to make the adjustment.
