Glow Worm Ultracom 30CXi

Hey all,

I need your help. We have a Glow Worm Ultracom 30CXi boiler and it was installed a year ago. Over the last few weeks the CH has been a little tempremental and sometimes coming on or not at all. We have always had the boiler prgrammed to continuous and to which we control it with the thermostat. Over the last week the CH does not stay on - it comes on for around 5 minutes then switches itself off. I have tried using the timer but this doesn't help either. I poss think that there is something wrong with the programmer or the thermostat as the boiler is firing but just not staying on??

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

Do any pipes beneath the boiler get hot when the heating is on?
Does the HW work?

The pipes are warm and we have hot water??? The heating will fire up but just doesn't stay on for long??

when the heating comes on, watch the temp on the display. What does it go up to and how quickly? How many rads have you got?
