Gloworm 18HXI boiler

I have a new boiler .now 4 weeks old.Protected by a 3 amp fuse

The fuse has blown regularly but intermittently.So far the maker has changed the fan assbly and the control card.

A new pump is fitted , new on/off controls/new hot water tank and thermostat .
All that remains of the original system is a room thermostat and radiators.

Anybody have a clue as to cause of blown fuse?

Can be absolutely anything. Eg a high limit thermostat, which isn't common at all.
I'd run it with all external controls disconnected for a while.
