Help Please.. I have a gloworm fuelsaver F that is not heating up. The 1 amp fuse is ok. The central heating pump starts running a few seconds after swtiching the mains on. Can someone suggest how I can resolve this fault.........

The 'rest' button. Not to be confused the the 'unrest' button I hope!
