Can anyone help with high water pressure. The pressure when cold is 2bar and when its running it goes above 3bar. I have emptied the pressure below 1bar but it still rises above 3bar when running

the exspansion vessel on the boiler has lost its charge and if it has gone above 3 bar then the pressure relief valve will need replacing as well as charging the vessel.
