Could anyone tell me a straight replacement for this boiler without having to do too much pipe work etc... ?

Using existing hole the Ideal classic is about the only balanced flue boiler about know and is very reliable ,if you want to brick up the hole use the Optia boiler range from plumbcentre which is a rebadged classic
