Glowworm Rip off

I decided to phone Glowworm yesterday regarding getting spares for a Micron after April, well apart from not getting through after waiting and waiting and waiting I decided to ring again and press the button for technical, well I got a recorded voice in a grating unfriendly belper accent telling me that I will probably be required to give my name and corgi number, no problem with that , then it ground on with how it would cost me 50p a minute,
bolllockks to that mate and put the phone down, quoted for an Ideal instead, DEFINATELY wont be fitting any more glowworms while that little rip off is on the go.

FWIW i agree if we phone their tech it should be free after all its their product we are repairing

Thing is if I want tech advice to quote for a boiler I havent got the job for yet I certainly aint gonna pay for it, I will just pick one of the other multitude of boiler makers to choose from.

Oh yea forgot too say, Ideal tech answered immediatly, couldn't believe my luck, guy was really helpful and didn't have a misery type thora terd attitude type accent.

to orignitor,will there be a problem getting spares for morons..sorry microns after aprils fool day.
had a few pcbs go up in smoke on these but now modified.who can suggest a decent condensing boiler made in this country as i dont want to p.ss of my decent old folks.
