I have just switched on a boiler that has been of for about 6 months. Hot water is fine, but when the heating come on the boiler vibrates like made makeing a lot of noise the noise appears to come from the fan or is there some other problem there?

yes the heating all works as it should just rather noisy you gan hear a gental hum next door.

I think the fan is on it's way out and this is the cause to the vibration. Pressure is good
