Glowworm Ultimate 50FF pilot light out

Bolier has stopped working, pilot light is out, no noise from fan, pilot light not sparking. CH and HW both calling for hot water but nothing from boiler. Last serviced 6 yrs ago.

anyone got any ideas??

Have you tried the overheat/reset button on the front of the boiler ?

do i just press the reset button? and where would the fuse be located, its got power from the mains and I can see the LED's are all lit up, but nothing else happens.

any help gratefully received to get nagging wife off my back..

ok presse reset button (not much to push as it was not really out like in the manual) nothing has happened. anything else I can try??

Are the leds from 1 to 4 lite up ?

yes all lit.

According to the manual its the multifunctional valve or harness, you will need to get an rgi in to check your boiler, I dont think there will be an easy fix on this one.
