Hi, I think this might be self-inflicted
yesterday I drained down the central heating system (boiler 1 in cellar)
switched off gas and electric
drained central heating
plumbed in new plinth heater
filled system
relit pilot
tested system -fine
Went to watch TV. Noticed the TV wasn't on. The circuit for the sockets had blown.
Checked appliances, couldn't see a problem
Flicked circuit back on, everthing working fine
But now the hot water boiler - glowrom space saver RF - (boiler 2 on the top floor) -pilot is out, can't see it relight. The pump doesn't fire up.
The only thing I can think is that a fuse has blown for whatever reason in the boiler itself (the timer is still functioning), or there's an airlock in the gas system.
Any wise ideas kindly apreciated.
Thanks in advance
