I'm trying to find out who the actors are.

So far I have discovered that Victor Maguire is the driver. I think the RH fly looks a bit like Nick Frost, but I can't find any confirmation on the internet. I don't know who the LH fly is played by.

The only thing these plastic boxes can do is roll at 20mph making hgv drivers swerve to avoid them, and so cause accidents.
But they claim of being the safest because they don't speed...
