Before purchasing a house I would recommend to everyone to carry out an asbestos survey. Otherwise this “surprise” could cost a fortune to remove.
I am talking from experience.

and some pre-war prefabs as got this deadly stuff.and if anybody owns a pre-1976 touring caravan. Get it checked out..
