Good metal work for garden gate

What would you suggest for the hinges, bolts and latch for a garden gate that would last a while and not rust/break?

Ideally I'd like to be able to lock the gate and unlock/open it from both sides. What would you suggest for this or is it best leaving it to open, close & lock from the inside?
