Good supplier of external doors - esp 2XGG

Anyone any recommendations? Don't mind paying a decent amount (unglazed/glazed) - esp for a door with M/T rather than dowelled.

But then again, I'm not really sure what I should pay for something like this?

And if they did quality internal doors, that would be a bonus!
