West Sussex, my council, I was very pleased my council tax has been put to such good use.
I have complete faith that the resultant raise in morale has generate huge productivity gains.

No doubt it will take several years to get to the bottom of this, but then he'll be given a 'golden handshake' and resume his duties elsewhere...

And just to think that some people believe the EU is corrupt and the UK is a beacon of virtue
