Hmmm.
Qualceram Shires used to do a nice little wall hung number called the Venezia.
Their site is closed down these days but you might be able to Google a supplier who still has stock. They go for about £190, not sure if that's in your budget or not though.
Ideal Standard do some nice wall hung models too, the Concept is probably the best of the bunch. They're more expensive though, around £350 or so.
