Good way to flatten bent cooker hood frame?

I’m unable to find the replacement part, so I’ll have to flatten this metal frame myself. Could you suggest a good way to do this? I’m worried that using a hammer might create more dents. A hydraulic press might be an option, but I don’t have one (but can consider buying one).

Take it off and try doing it by hand
