These government type schemes are generslly a waste of time and space

same will happen with the council involvement

And if you had youd have found it almost impossible to obtain people to do the work, and if youd cleared that hurdle youd likely have found them doing a carp job either because they were bandwagon-jumping chancers or totally snowed under and under huge time pressures.

Blimey, The French are controlling the Americans now.

It seems clear there is frustration in Whitehall at the American consultants brought in to manage the scheme for able-to-pay families.​
