If the EU were to 'give in' as you put it, I would rather use the term 'compromise' or 'reach an agreement'. How the f**k can that, in any way, shape or form be considered as abandoning RoI, given that it guarantees their continued success?
The EU already reached an agreement with the UK government. One of the EU's key points was that they would not accept an agreement that resulted in a hard border between NI and RoI.
The Brexers rejected that agreement.
One of the EU's key points
still is that they will not accept an agreement that resulted in a hard border between NI and RoI.
We know that. The Government knows that. The Brexers know that. You know that.
And you think that abandoning a key point is a compromise?
RoI is one of the EU members, and the EU is committed to protecting the interests of its members. When we were a member they were committed to protecting our interests, but we have decided to abandon that.
Buffoon and his buddies like to say that the Backstop is not necessary because something will turn up.
The Backstop only comes into effect if there is no other acceptable solution.
Buffoon say that the Backstop must be taken out of the agreement. Because they know they have no solution. If they had a solution the backstop would never come into effect and would be of no consequence.
They don't really believe that they have a solution.
Does Boris lie?
Yes, we know he does.
Does he say he has a solution?
Yes
Is he lying?
Yes.
Does the EU know that?
Yes
Do you know that?
Yes.
