Grade 2 listed house do I need LB consent ?

Hi my grade 2 listed property has damp issues, it has already had a damp course but that was over 30yrs ago. My builder is going to put in a second damp course along with other measures to improve the damp. But will I need to seek listed buildings consent again for the damp course?

I think the answer will be yes you do, but only your council will be able to say for sure. Is it a chemical dpc? Better to get rid of the cause rather than use snake oil.
