Thanks.

I have looked at the Tado instructions and see no reason why it can't be fitted.

I have no idea of Irish regulations, with British there must be an earth wire to any fixed appliance even if it is class II so the appliance does not need an earth, and many thermostat have a tether terminal to terminate it to. So in UK we would use a 5 core cable, even when only 4 cores required, but can't really understand the question.

my question would be How do I need to connect the wires For that tado to work

Well the boiler requires a permanent live -a switched live plus neutral and earth The permanent live is needed as boiler has a built-in frost stat plus a service switch.
Is the boiler heating a hot water cylinder as well as heating?

Looking at your boiler wiring you don't look to have a permanent live that needs rectifying.
Im guessing the permanent live is probably in the SL terminal 1 - the boiler should work, but the inbuilt frost stat is bypassed.
But, that wouldn't make sense with any control valves.

Looks like pump is in boiler case?
What motorised valves do you have on system.
Yes pump is in boiler case, and inside the house have attached picture, connected together with the boiler switch

Can you post a picture of your actual valve and the wiring/controls/boxes around it?
You say that you currently have no timer, or thermostat; usually there would be some way to control the valves to supply hot water or C/H - have you got no other controls at all?
