Hi everyone.
I had a new boiler installed in July this year in my lean to. It doesn't have a green box over it. All fine untill the cold weather came. The thermostat in the house is turned down to 15 at night but the heating comes on even tho the inside temp is 22. Our boiler man told us to turn our radiators down which we did which has helped. But he said the boiler will come on to stop the boiler from freezing which I understand.
My question is, has he plumbed it wrong? Surely it would be better to heat the water rather than cook us at night.
Looking forward to your replies
