grass dead with weed killer :(

Hi,

Some pillock has sprayed some weeds in my garden with weedkiller that has killed a 2ft circle of grass.

Is there anything I can do to get it back!?

sprinkle gras seed on, scatter a thin layer of sifted soil on top and/or tread it into the mud (to stop birds eating it)

and wait a month or so.

otherwise, wait a couple of months and the grass will spread onto it anyway.

Also, buy yoursef a bottle or packet of lawn weedkiller so you don't do it again.

I did the same to my grass with weed, feed and moss killer. It killed the moss and scortched the grass a treat, I think a truck full of tarmac will fix it

A 2 foot circle is not very big, dig it out to ensure you remove any weed killer.
Find an edge of your lawn which needs tidying up.
Use a spade to cut some turf from the edge while keeping the edge of your lawn straight.
Use these offcuts to fill your circle, tamp them level with your lawn, and keep watered.
2 or 3 weeks later you will not be able to see the patch.

a lot depends what kind of weedkiller it was.

Common ones like Weedol and Glyphosate kill what they fall on,but don't poison the soil, so you can reseed without having to dig it up.

And unless you reseed with the grass your lawn was laid with, you will end up with a nice circle of different colour/texture of grass.
This can take a long time to integrate with the rest of your lawn, to the point where you will not see it.
