Greenhouse Cabinet Help

Hey all ... new here.

I'm not expecting anyone to give me detailed plans on how to make this (although that would be nice ), I'm just hoping someone could point me in the direction of starting point.
I've done basic construction, and am confident I could build something like this very well, I just don't really know where to begin..

You could invest in one of Ikea's' indoor greenhouses, that way you will have all the fun of flat pack assembly
