Gripper on solid floors which adhesive

My niece has asked me to fit gripper before the carpets come only problem is she has solid floors, so what adhesive are we using?

Carpet fitters I know use a hot glue gun , only way to fix and lay carpet immediately without any delay.Are you fitting carpets?

ask at a local carpet shop.

However when I asked at mine about grippers and they said they would glue them on my stone stairs I declined their offer.
I'd rather go through the hassle of drill & screw them in myself than have glue left off in a few years time.

Screw and plug is what I was thinking but thought to ask here

Yeah, about 5 to 10 seconds per fixing - but at many times the price

I've used expanding foam and gripfill. Both work fine.
