Grohe Amera shower runs cold, sink next - hot water -no prob

I have Amera Shower board by Grohe for 5 yrs... Last 3 days unable to get hot shower with mixer position the hottest . In the sink next to shower- - hot water as befor. Can I fix it or valve replacement needed? Thanks-Leo.
