Grohe Flush problem

Hi - I wander if anyone can help me

We have a grohe toliet system, and after about a year the flush has stopped working properly and you have to pump the air button a few times... sometimes up to 5 times before it flushes.

I have tried calling grohe direct.... long time listening to music and got nowhere... also sent them an email and no reply.

Do i have to get a new air button to solve the problem?
