I got a call from home to say they couldn't turn off the shower....
Its a Grohe Rapido with the shower/bath diverter kit (Allure etc).
Is this likely to be the cartridge needing replacing ?
It doesn't look too tricky to do from the instructions, but I don't want to waste (quite a lot of) money if its unlikely to be that.
Yep, I know you can't tell from your keyboard, but if anyone's had this experience and can tell me probably yes or probably no, I'd be grateful.
