We plan to do a 3m rear extension of the property in order to make living room larger and combine kitchen+dining room.
It needs to be extended onto a elevated (1m) patio.
Total area of extension would be 30 sq m.
How much should we be looking at per square metre cost just to see if this is an affordable venture.Apart from the actual building work,which areas are the ones we need to watch out for to keep costs down
