I am building a garden workshop, about 10m * 3m. I am planning a concrete re-inforced slab, about 150-175mm thick with a block outer. I am told i could probably get away with 100mm concrete plus one 215mm block to the surface and then another block on top to the floor level.
However, everyone says "dependent upon Ground/sol conditions". What does this mean? what should I look for in my soil?
