Hi guys. I am installing a concealed toilet cistern. Tiles on plywood will be screwed to the studwall and unscrewed when access to the cistern is needed. Will I have to grout or silicon around the panel or should I leave it ungrouted for easy removal? Thank you very much for your time.

Still grout it or it'll look sh*t.
Grout is easy to remove when access to the panel is needed by just running a stanley blade down the grout.

I agree with seco, but I would definitely make a written note of exactly which grout lines will be affected especially if your memory is as bad as, er, what was I talking about?
