The roof to my garage has been done in GRP/gelcoat, unfortunately it seems to leak but I can not ID the exact spot. I would like to re-coat the whole roof when weather permits. It's a sloping flat roof. Any recommending brush/roller applied products? Area about 50 sqm.

Unfortunately with glass fibre you only need a pin prick hole and the water will get in, and its hard to find it.

Id reccomend a wire brush fitted to an angle grinder and go over the whole area.
Clean the roof with acetone then apply a new gel topcoat.

You need to go over the area to get the glaze of to form a better key for the resin.
If you know the exact area, just treat that using sand paper.

You can't get acetone now - they made bombs with it for the London bombings.

I worked for a company that used acetone and they were still being supplied it last March. That was the last time I was in the factory and no they don't make bombs!
