My recently installed air source heat pump boiler has a pump for the radiators which is reasonably quiet and a pump to pump water from the ashp to the boiler, this pump is intermittently making a loud buzzing that can be heard through 2 doors and in both bathrooms. I thought it was an air lock but it has been doing it know for 5 days.
I have tried to upload a video with sound but could not do so.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Cheers.

Buzzing obviously isn't good, that can be a few things from a restriction/blockage, bad bearings starting to cause the pump to slow down, noisy capacitor, etc. I would get the installer back in ASAP to get it checked, chances are it'll need replaced if it's new.
