Hi,
A question about CH pump flow rate, how can you check its ltrs/min?
I have a UFH manifold (10 ports) and the combined flow rate of 7 ports with valves fully open, open is around 13 L/m
The system carries three pumps one at the boiler one adjacent to the boiler and one at the UFH manifold.
There is little difference when I remove power from the pump adjacent to the boiler as I don't think this pump is required in the system (the rads and DHW all work without it but it does not improve the flow rate when energised)
I have removed the manifold flow valves and they are working ok (spindles free) there is a magniflow filter on the system that is relatively clean, not much on the magnate and the system has well over the required inhibiter content.
The system is 17yrs old
Any thoughts appreciated.
Thanks
Cully
