Gutter Position

I have completed work on a small side extension to my house and all that is left is the guttering.

Am I OK to fit the gutter as shown in the photo, or do i need to extend it past the gable ends?

No problem, that position is OK.

You get a lot of water run off those plastic verges. I'd have it running into the gutter, not down the corner of the extension wall.

I agree with 'woody'. Just had a new roof installed and the guttering at front is dripping. Water hits the wall have to get the roofer out.
