I had my soil pipe moved next to some guttering and as a result I've noticed that the end of the guttering was cut to accommodate the soil pipe. When it rains the water just drops onto the wall now. Is this easily rectified with slimmer guttering or another way? I will obviously be getting some

Leave the gutter alone - its doing its job.
There's an half round external end cap fitted so the only water thats "dropping on to the wall below" is from the roof itself, not the gutter.

Google "kickout flashing" and see what needs doing to re-direct the water coming down the roof into the gutter.
Work will have to be done to install the kickout flashing under the tile and below the wall dash - or below any cover flashing on the wall.
A posted pic of the wall/roof junction would help?

The work will have to be well done or you will make things worse.

Is this what you mean?

Yes, thanks for that.
However, could you do a better focused pic showing more of the context of the junction.

I can see fibre cement slates that are relatively simple to remove and replace but I'm uncertain about the junction with the wall.

FWIW: there's masonry debris in the gutter - best clean it out, & clean any debris, dash etc, from the roof slates with a long handled brush.
Presumably, the debris is from the recent plumbing installation?

Thanks , but the idea was for you to stand back, take your step ladder back say 4ft or 5ft along the gutter, & pic the junction of the wall with the roof.
I'm looking to see what, if any, flashing you have there - typically, you would have soakers, and cover flashing.
But I dont see any flashing in the latest pics - esp pic no 1.

there are soakers , lead by the look. possibly rendered over. i would be tempted to fabricate somthing from under the second course up.. more room to play.
