Finally got the gyproc moisture resistant board in place with the help of a mate.
Mixing up the adhesive was eventful as the bag had no instructions and neither of us had done it before so we just kept pouring and mixing and testing on a trowel every so often until it could hold its weight. We'd added too much water to start with so it took most of the 25kg bag to thicken it up.
So do I just whack on this tanking stuff that i've heard recommended. Made by BAL is it? Do they sell it in B&Q?
Can anyone give me the exact name so i can look for it in store?
Is this even necessary for a standard bathroom with a bath and over-bath mixer shower?
