Hi,
Have purchased some of the Halfords metallic spray can paints to redo some badly scratch trims.
The instructions are clear enough but both the primer and colour coat say that after applying their coats, they should be left for 24 hours before rubbing down.
Looking at things like ytube etc for any hints and tips, seems they do all 3 coats in under a hour, so wonder why the big difference ?
Also there seems a lot of different views about rubbing down the colour coat.
Halfords say rub it down, ( lightly I assume) others say do not, some other says rub it down then give it one final colour coat, unrubbed before the clear coat.
All a bit confusing ...?
