halstead ace high boiler,ignition problem,help!

I have a Halstead ace high boiler, which will only fire up when panel encasing the burner is open or panel is on but screws not done up tightly!
Any ideas? Is it air pressure switch maybe? Had the boiler 3 years no problems till now

Yes it will be associated with the fan flue and APS but I am unable to offer you direct advice as its a safety issue and should be dealt with by a compent CORGI registered person.

Thanks for your advice guys, I shall be calling a corgi plumber,I'm only a simple sparks and dont understand the mysterious ways of plumbing!!!
