Halstead Ace High - flashing power light

I have a Halstead Ace High boiler and have no hot water or heating. I turn off the power and wait then turn it back on to hear the bolier fire up for maybe 1-2 seconds then it shuts down and the green power light then starts flashing.

Should have said the water pressure is ok

Anyone got any idea what the problem is?
