Hi - We have a Halstead ACE High exhibiting the following issue:
At certain times, upon ceasing demand for the DHW, the boiler will continue to see demand. The piston from the diverter value remains extended, pushing the micro switch and so keeping the demand for the hot water.
At this point, switching off the boiler and pushing the extended piston back in resolves the problem.
At the moment, this does not seem to happen on every DHW demand occasion, but does for example when there has been continuous usage - say a 20-30 min shower.
Any ideas? Thanks!
