Halstead Ace

I have a Halstead Ace central Heating boiler which will not turn off with the room stat.It will only turn off when the boiler control is turned off .The DHW works as normal .I think its an electrical fault .Anyone come across a simular problem ? Bob

Is the room stat actually switching correctly?1st thing to check.

Yes I can hear a microswitch clicking in the combi boiler so I think the wall stat is working OK Bob

The symptoms suggest that you have a frost stat.
