Hi,

We've recently moved house and I've had a brand new Halstead Boiler installed a month ago (Ace HE 30)

I turned the electric off yesterday to do some work on a plug socket, all was fine I turned the electric back on and now the boiler will not respond to the timer, it will produce hot water though.

I've tried pushing the clock over ride to the '1' position, nothing. I've pushed the timer tabs all out and set the clock over ride to the timed position, still nothing.

I've tried commissioning the unit but to no avail. The only way I can get the unit to give me heating is to turn the control to the service setting as and when required.

Anyone know what can be done to sort this out?
Thanks

Not familiar bit sounds like you have an electro mechanical clock which would not be sensetive to a power cut.

Either you have a sensetive roomstat or the problem is not related to the power outage.

Eitehr way in the first place you would trace the wiring and work it out properly or get someone round who can.
