Halstead Quattro Gold Spark Problem

Could anybody advise on the following problem please ?

When the heating is switched on the fan starts and I can hear the electrodes sparking but the burner doesnt light, this lasts about 10 secs and the boiler safety finally cuts out due to lack of flame.

I have to go through the reset and try again, but no luck.....same again.

Any remedies ??
