@Keitai I was an interior fitout joiner for decades - that's shops, bars, restsurants, reception areas, hotels, etc. All jobs where the end finish has to be to a very high standard or it simply won't pass muster. It doesn't matter if the guy's van is a mess - what matters is if he can do the job to the expected standard in the required timescale. Having a tidy van tends to help because it means you stand a better job of finding the tool or fixing you need promptly, but I have worked with some exceedingly untidy people who's quality of work was outstanding.
Having said that I'd have to say that roofing, first fix and shuttering carpenters are generally working to very different standards where structural integrity, accuracy and strength are the most imporrtant factors - you don't/can't put a roof on to millimetre accuracy, not least because buildings are never that accurate
BTW, your lights are really a bit untidy looking (you need to get the "swags" to be the same length and hang to a consistent depth), and at two points are likely to foul on the windiws and there is a risk of damage if someone opens a window and traps the light when the window is closed. See what I mean about OCD? I hope you are running them.through an RCD or low voltage supply and thst they are appropriate IP rated for exterior use
