I have a Hansgrohe Showerselect Thermostatic Mixer (product# 15765000). It was installed around 2015 (photo attached).
I’ve noticed recently that I need to turn the mixer knob more to the hot side for the water to become hot. From the brief research I’ve done, I believe I may need to replace an internal cartridge. The hot water from all the other taps are fine.
Can someone advise if this is the issue and if so, where I can get a replacement cartridge from and how to install it?
