I spoke to him not that long ago his last post was sometime in Feb 2021 so about 6 x weeks ago. Perhaps you're thinking of someone else?

The Russians gave him that name when he proposed putting starwars type weapons in space.
Ronnie Reagan died some years ago, maybe there is some connection.
