Have I wired my oven correctly?

Just checking.

Existing 32A RCBO → 45A isolator → CCU → Oven.

Used the existing 6mm² wire (only a few years old), except obviously the flex for the oven.

The oven is a small IKEA Lagan that didn't come with a plug and says a minimum fuse of 10A is required. I can't find the kW rating of it anywhere however. Does that mean I should swap out the 45A isolator switch and put in a fused switch with a 13A fuse?

No, the fuse is to protect the wiring not the appliance.

You could just bung a 13A plug on the oven flex and swop the CCU for a socket.
